Here's how to make this wonderful Sausage Roll!
First fry up some of your favorite Italian sausage 1lb, and drain on paper towels to absorb all the grease, or make your own sausage here.
Fry up a bag of fresh spinach in a seperate large fry pan with three tablespoon of olive oil, salt and pepper to taste a dash of cayenne pepper. Set aside.
Chop up some black olives, add to the spinach and sausage combined in a medium size bowl. Then add 1 cup of shredded mozzarella, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic, mix well.
Using a 1 pound store bought or homemade pizza dough, roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to the size of a 14x14 inch rectangular shaped dough around a 1/4 inch thick.
Spread the filling on top, roll forward three times, pinching all seams together. Brush with olive oil and optional sprinkle with sesame seeds bake at 425 till browned around 25 to 35 minutes.
Serve with marinara sauce.
