  18. What gorgeous memories and grand times you brought back. It's been a long time since I had a true Italian Easter - now it's part Italian and part Midwestern - and that's fine but you did make me long for your pasta, lamb, Sambuca (!!!***). Buona Pasqua, Claudia.

  25. Oh my goodness! I'm originally from Astoria-Queens and grew up in an Irish-Italian neighborhood and so I used to go often on sunday to my best friend Ann Graci's house for an ALL DAY lunch and had all this wonderful dishes and of course later, with my Italian borfriends out to eat...and my all time fav is Italian, I make my own pasta at home, always, like a mama! Wish I was going to your house for all this food!

  26. Your dinner or I should say feast looks amazing. The tortellini soup is a meal in itself! We have lamb here in our house too, or turkey or salmon if it's hot like it is today. Mostly because I don't eat ham. :D I'm glad you were tagged too...so I can check all these recipes out.
