Easy Cake Mix Chocolate Chip Bundt Cake

1 (18 1/4 ounce) box yellow cake mix
1 (3 1/2 ounce) box instant vanilla pudding
8 ounces sour cream
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup warm water
8 ounces mini semi sweet chocolate chips
Optional 1/2 cup course chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease your bundt pan.

In a large bowl mix all ingredients beating well (except chocolate chips) together.
Fold in the chocolate chips, pour into a heavily greased bundt pan
Bake for 45-60 minutes. Allow cake to cool completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if preferred.

  8. How on earth do you manage to get out so many posts and I thought I spent a lot of time in the kitchen.

    You know I love cake box mixes that you doctor up. Who cares if they aren't made from scratch so long as they taste great. Some of my favorite desserts are made with a cake mix or pudding mix.

  10. I think bundt cakes have to be the upper class of cakes. Hey look at me, I look so good I don't need frosting and I still taste good. The cake sounds really good.

  14. I know there are some people that have a ban on the boxed thing, but I am one that does not. The final product is what really matters and this cake looks stunning. Also, not that many people can resist a chocolate chip cake. Well done!
