  2. I am reminded of the guy at the grocers that said, we do not do leg quarters, nobody wants that cut of chicken anymore! Now I am seeing that this cut is making a comeback.
The chicken as you have prepared it by itself looks delicious enough. Your other suggestions are great but that I only if there are leftovers. I doubt if that would happen with these leg quarters-yum!
    Have a great day Claudia!

  3. When I was little my dad had a rotisserie oven and I would watch the chicken spin around as the drippings fell to the bottom. Needless to say anytime I see a recipe for roasted chicken my mouth waters and I remember the smell and watching that chicken twirl around and around.

  6. When my son was living in North Dakota, I filled his freezer with chicken wings for an easy meal - left him with recipes but never tried the hot sauce. Will need to add this to my chicken-leg-recipe-collection.
