One of our very favorite pasta to make home made are manicotti. They really aren't hard to do. The biggest thing is you need a non stick pan that is either 6 inch or 8 inch. Anything else is too big. Invest in that first before attempting to make them. Hope you will give this Italian specialty a try. We usually have them at Holiday time, they always have been saved to make for special occasions.
