No-Bake Pies

If you like quick no-bake dessert pies and mango, you will love this dreamy tropical mango pie that's so easy to make.

This sweetened condensed milk pie has delicious cream cheese and is super smooth in flavor with the added beauty of this luscious island fruit.

This recipe came to me one day after for years I have been making this style of pie topped with canned pie filling on top since the th1970s.

Living in Florida I am surrounded by fresh mango trees and this tropical-style glaze topping was a no-brainer in creating this delicious pie.

Mango is seasonal but also freezes well (you can see our tutorial on How To Freeze Mango) so you stock up when it is on sale and use it all year long.

If you really want to change this up a little you can also use crushed vanilla wafers, shortbread cookies, or even another cookie crust you like.

    1. its a glazed topping. However I diced mango and added it but you need to ensure the mango is blotted dry very well with paper towels or the filling will not get firm
