2 packages (10) buttermilk biscuits
cooked chicken cut into small pieces
extra sharp cheddar cheese cut into thin slices
hot sauce extra for dipping if they love hot sauce
Other dipping suggestions
blue cheese, ranch dressing or melt sharp cheddar cheese for dipping
Take the refrigerated dough out the the containers. Flatten as thin as possible with the palm of you hand. Add to the top a piece of cooked chicken, drizzle with hot sauce, add some cheddar cheese and bring both side up together, crimp middles together to seal and put the folded side down on a cookie sheet either lined with parchment paper or place on a silapat mat.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake them until golden browned 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve hot with blue cheese or ranch dressing or other suggestions above to dip in.
