Buffalo Chicken Meatball Bites

Friday, January 31, 2014
For those of us that love those classic buffalo wings on game day, but sometimes the price of ordering out doesn't quite fit in this month's budget we created a mini meatballs ground chicken buffalo bite to satisfy that craving!

These chicken bites have the same buffalo flavors we all know and love and are super easy to make.

Ground chicken is formed into meatballs with breadcrumbs and plenty of seasoning, backed with hot sauce, and for an optional little crunch inside we added some chopped celery.

Baked, Fried, or Air Fried, we have you covered in less than 30 minutes you'll have these delicious buffalo chicken meatballs appetizers on your tables just in time for your favorite game, family gathering, or just because you're a huge buffalo wing fan!

Our recipe is easy for these meatball bites and they also are economical in comparison to actual chicken wings plus they are easier to eat.

If you love blue cheese or ranch for dipping we also included a wonderful dipping sauce with blue cheese crumbles our first favorite but you can also try our other Homemade Chicken Wing Dipping Sauces we have 14 different kinds!

Baby Shower Recipe Ideas and Antonio

Sunday, January 26, 2014
There's nothing more exciting than the anticipation of a new life that comes into your world. Your own kids, someone else's child or Grandchildren are so special and this will be our first time Grandchild and we are over the moon thrilled!

Since I work full time, it's very difficult to juggle trying to get a baby shower or party plan, but I certainly made time to make a few contributions for our Antonio and so blessed. I tried to keep everything blue for him using tint edible sugars and food coloring. It sure was a fun day!

Split Pea Soup with Ham and Cabbage

Friday, January 10, 2014
This is a hearty soup packed with flavor and lots of leftovers after the holidays.

I love to make soups of all kinds, I never imagined how great cabbage went with split peas until now.

The soup has a rich hearty flavor of cabbage with that creamy addition of split peas.

Very easy to make and we love simple throw-together recipes like this one and the cabbage with ham really compliments the peas perfectly.

This soup and very inexpensive to feed a whole family with a home-cooked meal in one pot!
