Baked Buffalo Chicken Wraps Recipe



There are times we have leftover wings or even rotisserie chicken and I am always eager to use it up in a new recipe. These were over the top great and I would make buffalo boneless chicken now just to make these wraps!



There are times we have leftover wings or even rotisserie chicken and I am always eager to use it up in a new recipe. These were over the top great and I would make buffalo boneless chicken now just to make these wraps!



Baked Buffalo Chicken Wraps Recipe

Flour Tortilla Wraps any flavor or plain
Leftover boneless buffalo chicken (from wings or any chicken with hot sauce on it )
Blue cheese dressing
Whipped cream cheese
Freshly cracked black pepper
Shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Place one wrap on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Add sliced boneless buffalo chicken on it in the center. Add a dollop of cream cheese, drizzle with blue cheese dressing then sprinkle with shredded cheese. Fold them into squares, placing seam side down. Spray with butter flavored oil spray and bake on 400 degrees until browned and crispy.

  1. Anything that is made with a buffalo chicken flavor is a guaranteed winner, in my buffalo-loving opinion! I like that it has a wrap around it so that it's easier to pick up and enjoy! Happy 2016 Claudia!

  2. Yes oh yes. Love every combination of buffalo chicken (with chunky blue cheese) under the sun! these are perfect! (And low-carb!)
