Quick Homemade Baked Chicken Bites

With all the fat and unhealthy ingredients in fast foods today we need to start understanding the importance of what we put in our kids and adult bodies. Not knowing what they cook the food in often is the cause of major health problems. It's time everyone needs to know what they are eating is healthy and wholesome. Make your own chicken bites and feel safe on what your feeding your kids also. These are delicious, easy and you know for sure what in them. In today's society we continue to see kids get sick often from all the preservatives and things we can't pronounce in the foods given from some of these franchises.
Here is a great start they will love.

Quick Homemade Chicken Bites 

1 cup almond meal or almond flour (you can use also all purpose flour or panko bread crumbs)
1 1/2 teaspoons granulated garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt or more to taste
1/2 teaspoon black pepper or more to taste
2 boneless chicken breasts cubed (sliced lengthwise then in bite sized pieces) Rinse in cold water. 
1 plastic freezer size bag
Olive oil  or Canola oil 

Optional : grating parmesan cheese

Add the flour and spices in the bag. 
Shake the moistened chicken in the flour mixture. Spread on a parchment lined cookie sheet,  drizzle with olive oil. and bake at 400 degrees hot oven until golden brown. Remove from oven.  Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
