Strawberry Cream Pie Recipe
1 - 8 ounce package cream cheese room temperature
1 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/3 cup sugar
8 ounces thawed whipped topping
1 store bought graham cracker pie shell
1 pound fresh strawberries sliced lengthwise
Strawberry jam warmed
Whipped cream for garnish
Beat cream cheese and sugar together. Stir in the vanilla, sour cream. Fold in the whipped topping.
Pour into pie crust and refrigerate until firm.
Spread with whipped cream.
Decorate with strawberries and brush with warm jam.
