Sunday, August 13, 2017
Grilled Blueberry Muffins are amazingly delicious buttery and crunchy and have a whole different level of yumminess any time of the day.

Actually, I was taught if you want to revive any day-old quick bread, especially donuts or muffins that need a remake, grilled is the way to go it brings them back to life.

Donuts, Danish, and most other muffins are reborn just by adding them to a griddle and spreading the little toasted delights with your favorite butter and jams!

The first time I ever had any kind of breakfast grilled blueberry muffins, was in Central Utica, New York.

What a treat, homemade baked blueberry muffins turned into a gourmet delicious the second time around!

These are really great seriously, the first place I worked in a small diner made them and they were a favorite on the menu.

Plain donuts were the most popular grilled breakfast treat there.

Scroll down for my easy Blueberry Muffin Recipe and if you happen to have any leftover muffins just grill them!
