Pepperoni Pizza Refrigerator Biscuit Bites

These little Easy Pepperoni Pizza Biscuit Bites are made in a muffin tin and are the perfect addition to your appetizer menu when hosting a party.

Simple biscuit refrigerated dough cut into pieces and with anything you like mixed in is going to make the perfect pizza bites.

These can be served warm or cold so it's a win-win no matter if you're taking them on a picnic, road trip, or game day party event they're going to be a huge hit.

Fun Easy Pizza Snacks



If you're looking for something quick,easy and delicious for an appetizer and perfect even for road trips, these are it!


If you're a pizza lover, these make a great snack, can be easily reheated wrapped in foil and they even freeze great so you can have cooked and ready for a quick bread serving with any meal.


These delicious pizza bites made in a muffin tin are so easy, we just love them anytime of the day and kids loves them for an after school snack waiting for dinner because they even taste great cold.

Ingredients You Will Need To Get Started(recipe card below has exact measurements)

  • mozzarella or provolone shredded (use any kind of shredded cheese you like that has a strong flavor)
  • olive oil or butter melted
  • granulated garlic
  • torn basil leaves
  • extra large biscuits
  • pizza sauce for dipping
  • Optional: black or red cayenne pepper, parsley, dried oregano, grated cheese

Other Additions and Suggestions

  1. cooked prosciutto or bacon chopped
  2. use any brand refrigerator biscuits the large GRAND sized
  3. hot capicola, salami, or another deli meat
  4. any vegetables diced tomatoes, chopped mushrooms, eggplant, zucchini (needs to be blotted dry)
  5.  chives or scallions
  6. Italian cooked sausage drained
  7. cayenne pepper
  8. jalapeno peppers, banana peppers chopped
  9. bell peppers or hot peppers
  10. fresh spinach chopped, chopped broccoli rabe,  escarole, or another cooked green you like
  11. chopped artichoke hearts blotted dry
  12. chopped asparagus
  13. any kind of shredded cheese you prefer over cheddar
  14. any kind of diced cooked seafood
  15. other fresh herbs you prefer instead of basil

Easy Step By Step Pizza Bite Creations

  1. open the biscuit can (using any brand) and cut them into bite-size pieces
  2. add the mix-ins you prefer
  3. add the oil and cheese
  4. toss together
  5. bake in muffin tins
  6. serve with pizza sauce

Little pepperoni and cheese biscuits made in a muffin pan. An easy appetizer to go along with any appetizer at your next party.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of extra large (grand style 16- ounce or 15- ounce) any brand refrigerated biscuits
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil or melted butter
  • 2/3 of a cup of diced pepperoni pieces
  • 1 teaspoon roasted granulated garlic powder or regular
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese or mozzarella (use whatever cheese you like)
  • 4 tablespoons or more of torn fresh basil
  • Optional: freshly cracked black pepper to taste, 2 or 3 tablespoons of Pecorino Romano or Reggiano cheese, cayenne pepper, or red pepper flakes to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and oil spray a muffin/cupcake pan then set aside.
  2. Open the biscuits and cut them into around 6 to 8 small pieces on a cutting board with a sharp knife.
  3. Pour in 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter.
  4. Stir the mixture gently to separate.
  5. Add the pepperoni (or another mix-in), garlic, any seasoning you prefer, and cheese and mix together.
  6. Spoon evenly divided into muffin cups.
  7. Add the torn basil on top pressing in.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven (350 degrees) until they are just starting to brown around 15 to 20 minutes.
  9. Great with a side of marinara to dip or our homemade pizza sauce.
