Easy Italian Baked Chicken and Stuffing

Ingredients 4 sheets of heavy aluminum foil

4 pieces of chicken ( chicken breasts, thighs, boneless or bone in )
 1 can Cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1/2 cup white wine
1 (12 ounce) box Stove Top stuffing mix
1 cup water
 four ham slices
1 package 8 oz fresh mushrooms
Mix stuffing with water set aside. Mix wine and soup set aside.
1/2 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs add extra 1/4 teaspoon of each, garlic powder, parsley and black pepper, oregano, thyme, sage mix together this is for topping, done last.


Starting with one piece of foil:.
spray with non stick oil .
Stack stuffing first on foil top with the ham.
Add mushrooms.
Place the chicken with a little salt on top of the stacked mixture.
Spoon soup mixture on top of each stacked chicken package.
Sprinkle with seasoned bread crumbs.
Bring sides together and fold to tighten around chicken. Put all four wrapped pieces of foil with chicken in it,  on a large cookie sheet and bake for 45 minutes or longer depending on chicken size on a 350 degree hot oven.
