3 1/2 cups flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup butter softened leave out or put in microwave for 20 seconds
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 tablespoon light corn syrup
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Beat all ingredients together until it form a dough and is mixed throughly. Shape into round balls.
Coating:
1/2 cup sugar
3 teaspoons cinnamon
In a seperate dish combine coating 1/2 cup of sugar and 3 teaspoons of cinnamon, mix together. Roll round balls of dough in the cinnamon sugar, place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake on 350 until lightly browned around 6 to 8 minutes.
My son's girlfriend will love these. She can bake the most wonderful cookies and cupcakes. Thanks for the recipe!
