So many kinds, starting out with just a beautiful risen bowl of freshly made dough. Then comes the individuality of your desired specialty. The sky's the limit. What's your pleasure. Sausage, mushroom, pepperoni, ham and pineapple, peppers, scallops, shrimp, meatballs, anchovies, eggplant, zucchini, olive, ricotta, spinach, garlic, the list goes on and on. Layers of wonderful meats, vegetables, cheeses and spice. I never can get sick of pizza, and with all the variations to make who can run out of options? Leftovers can be a new creation. One of our favorite pizza's became a buffalo style pizza because we love hot sauce. Then pizza number two was created from our leftover shrimp and scallop , another one to add to the many collections of favorites. Then of course there are so many kinds of sauces. Chunky, pureed, margarita sliced tomato style, butter and garlic, can this just be the perfect food?
