1 ripe bananas, finely sliced
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 cup blueberries washed
1/2 cup brown sugar, divided
7 slices Italian day old bread
2 cups evaporated milk
4 eggs beaten
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Bake at 350 till browned and crisp looking. Serve with whipped cream and Strawberry Rum Sauce below.
Strawberry Sauce
2 cups of fresh strawberries
2 tablespoons white rum
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon lime juice
Add everything to a foodprocessor and blend till chunky but mostly smooth. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
