1 (18 1/4 ounce) box yellow cake mix
1 (3 1/2 ounce) box instant vanilla pudding
8 ounces sour cream
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup warm water
8 ounces mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
Optional 1/2 cup course chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease your bundt pan.
In a large bowl mix all ingredients beating well (except chocolate chips) together.
Fold in the chocolate chips, pour into a heavily greased bundt pan
Bake for 45-60 minutes. Allow cake to cool completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if preferred.

ReplyDeleteYou know I love cake box mixes that you doctor up. Who cares if they aren't made from scratch so long as they taste great. Some of my favorite desserts are made with a cake mix or pudding mix.
