
Raspberry and Blueberry Galette Recipe

1 cup of blueberries
1 1/2 cups red raspberries
2 tablespoon wondra flour or cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup red raspberry seedless jam
Mix berries with the above ingredients and set aside.
1 beaten egg yolk
granulated sugar for garnish
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out puff pastry to a 11" x 11" square. Transfer to prepared baking sheet.
Place the combined berry mixture on the centerof the puff pastry.Curl up the sides to make a bowl looking
effect.
Brush dough with beaten egg yolk, sprinkle with sugar and bake at 400 degrees until browned.
