Pepper, Eggs and Provolone Bacon Wrap Recipe

What can be more simpler than making scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, sauteed garlicky peppers with provolone in a flour tortilla wrap for breakfast, lunch or dinner? Nothing!

Here's all you need to do:
Flour tortilla wraps
scrambled eggs
cooked crispy bacon
1 sauteed pepper chopped in small bite size pieces
provolone cheese
2 teaspoon minced garlic in oil

Saute peppers in 2 tablespoons of olive oil for around 3 minutes, add the garlic, at least 4 eggs (to make 4 wraps) stir until the eggs are cooked and still slightly loose, set aside.

On a flat surfaced cutting board, lay out the tortilla, add 1 slice of provolone, top with 2  or 3 tablespoons of cooked peppers and eggs, add the crispy cooked bacon on top of that. Roll up tight seam side down. Bake in the 430 degree oven for aroound 6 to 8 minutes until they start to brown and cheese is melted.
