Grilled Cheese and Capicola Roasted Pepper Sandwich

Melted provolone cheese or mozzarella with hot capicola and peppers. I love roasted peppers on this sandwich. Amazing how the easiest things taste so good! Not hardly a recipe but more than satisfying any day of the week!

Here is all you need:

Hot Capicola 
Italian sliced bread
1 jar of roasted pepper or homemade
Provolone slices or mozzarella
olive oil
granulated garlic

Heat a griddle or panini pan on medium heat. Brush both sides of your Italian bread with olive oil.
Place 1 slice of bread on the grill with 2 pieces of cheese of choice on that slice then add 3 slices of hot capicola on the bread. Add the peppers. Top with another slice of bread that has been brushed with olive oil. Sprinkle with granulated garlic on both side and then grill until cheese is melted flipping once.
