Turkey Tortilla Bowl Recipe
1 can diced tomatoes with chiles
1 or 2 cups of leftover Turkey chopped or shredded
2 cups of shredded sharp cheddar
1 can black beans or refried beans
Optional additions or toppings: sliced black olives, corn, cubed avocado, shredded lettuce, sour cream, taco sauce, chopped onion, diced jalapenos, cooked rice
Layer the chips on the bottom of a casserole dish. Add the cheese, beans, Turkey and repeat till you get to the top ending with cheese then adding the can of diced tomatoes with chiles. Bake on 400 degrees until cheese melts or microwave until cheese melts. Serve with sour cream and taco sauce if desired.
