Chocolate Cookie Snowball Kisses

Thursday, December 15, 2016
There is no reason to wait to make these cookies for Christmas or a wintery day just because they look like a snow cookie! These chocolate snowball cookies are a chocolate lovers dream The middle has a whole chocolate hershey kiss in side along with a chocolate dough rolled on the outside.

Chocolate dough wrapped around a Hershey kiss is a cookie chocolate heaven!

The chocolate dough is buttery, the actually cookie is soft and the powdery snow or sugar makes them so pretty on a plate. I usually make these every Christmas. The cookies are so delicious, I am asked to bring them all year long to any picnic or gathering. It's a candy cookie all in one.

The kids of course devour the whole plate so I will let you know ahead of time to make a double batch! They make around 30 small cookie balls.
You can't eat just one!

Chocolate cookie dough, chocolate candy and powdered sugar cookies are the number one most asked for cookie I made. My husband actually likes these rolled into coconut and baked. If you would like to try that version roll them in beaten eggs white first then in coconut, bake as directed.
