Crockpot Sweet Garlic Wings Recipe

Slow-cooked sweet garlic chicken wings are a great sauce and very different from the traditional hot sauce recipes. Check out this delicious chicken wing sauce recipe with sweet garlic wings.








3-pounds chicken wings

salt and pepper to taste

1 cup honey

2 tablespoons oil

2 tablespoon ketchup

1 clove garlic minced

Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.



In mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Place in a slow cooker and pour sauce on the chicken. Cook on low 5-7 hours.

  2. These sound good. But you inspired me. Thanksgiving is at my house this year. We have been trying to think of something to serve the day before. People will be arriving between 3:00 and 8:00 so we wanted self serve eat when you want food. Why not do a wing bar? You and your son have posted so many wing recipes I could make up a few sauces and let them go to town. I wonder if my wife will go along with that idea.

    P.S. I guess the cookies were like white oatmeal cookies. I made it up as I went along, since I wanted to use up some chocolate cookies I had baked and was not that pleased with the result. so I decided to crumble them and use them in place of chips.
    The result came out nice.
