Fabulous and Creamy Bars

The first time I made these, I fell in love.

Not only do these Blueberry Cheesecake Bars taste fantastic, but they are also so easy to make.

You don't have to be a baker to make this great dessert, and they taste like you baked all day long.

I have been asked so many times to make these, it's a family favorite.

Change Them Up!

I for one am a big blueberry fan, but I am here to tell you, this basic filling is perfect for any fruits.

I have used cherries, banana, peaches, pineapple, and red raspberries.

Strawberry and Bananas not a Favorite

I will warn you that strawberries and banana, aren't my favorites baked, they do get mushy and not so fond of that, however, if you love strawberry or banana, you can certainly try them.

Picking a firmer fruit especially red raspberry or blackberries seem to work great.

Great For Serving at Dinner Parties

My guests were so impressed with these blueberry squares for dessert.

You can really decorate them with whipped cream and serve them with berries on top.

The presentation looks just like a regular piece of cheesecake you baked and took all day to do!

We don't have to let them in on our little secret of how easy these are.

The Crust is Divine too!

The crust is made with butter, sugar and crushed oatmeal, it is so flavorful and holds up great!

The blueberries blend in the batter nicely and evenly.

These are such a pretty bar to serve at any time.

If you are looking for a delicious, easy, cheesecake with no fussing over, these blueberry cheesecake bars are the ticket to success.

They are fool proof no fail bars that everyone raves about every time.
