I have never tasted this fish but the sauce seems very appetizing. Bye, have a great week
ReplyDeleteI hate fish! BUT, with the way you made it here, I might try this recipe! :) It looks wonderful and delicious.
ReplyDeleteBest,
Gloria
I am always hoarding the citrus when it comes to fish! No tartar sauce, just some lemon or lime juice. Based on that I am sure that this is one tasty entree of fish-yum! That lime butter sauce I would probably enjoy on a lot of different types of seafood. Happy Tuesday!
ReplyDeleteA simple and tasty dish. I like the combination with the lime. I could make this for my family. Brava!
ReplyDeleteThis sounds delicious. Fish with citrus is always a winning combination.
ReplyDeleteSo gorgeous and flaky, Claudia! Picture perfect recipe!!!!
ReplyDeleteWe love lime on or in anything, but have never put it on baked fish, just fish tacos. We'll definitely make this one!
ReplyDeleteOooh, lime butter sounds fantastic! I adore baked fish, wonderful!
ReplyDeleteI love the addition of the lime! I am obsessed with fish and citrus.
ReplyDeleteLove that spiciness with the hit of buttery citrus. Absolutely delish!

ReplyDeleteUmmm! It looks delicious! I haven't had haddock in a long time and have to make this.
ReplyDeleteGoing shopping for some haddock. We try to eat fish at least once a week. I will give this one a try.
ReplyDeleteThis sounds so good Claudia. It's healthy with a bit of a kick and a nice sauce.
ReplyDeleteMy kind of fish! Absolutely loving it! Love the kick of the spices, and the lime buttery flavor. Haddock is such a nice and healthy fish:DDD
ReplyDeleteWith all the fish dishes I've prepared...Haddock still hasn't made it yet.
ReplyDeleteYour simple recipe will no doubt come to mind the next time I notice this particular fish.
Have a great week,
Claudia
Deve ser muito bom, vou fazer e depois digo.
ReplyDeleteParabéns pelo blog eu tambem sou apaixonada por este tema.
Love the flavor combination and that hit of cajun seasoning is perfect!
ReplyDeleteWhat a delicious preparation!! So good to re-visit this post---we eat a lot more fish now :)
ReplyDeleteProduces under cooked fish. I cooked it expactly as told and I could hold the fish in my hand when it came out. 400 for 20 minutes is maybe a 1/4 of what you need.
ReplyDeleteBake on the grill 15 to 20 minutes depending on how high the heat gets. In the oven check the fish with a fork to see if it flakes easily. It shouldn't have been cold even at 20 minutes, the foil heats is up quickly. Not sure why it was still cold.
