ReplyDeleteWhat an interesting idea!I love your potato-souvlakis!!!
ReplyDeleteI don't think I've ever grilled sweet potatoes and yet prefer them over russet or Yukon for their nice creamy texture and flavor. I bet grilling them brings out the sugar making them taste that much better not to mention what they've already been mixed with. I need to try this.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing. Sorry I haven't been around much. I've been so busy I'm barely posting.
These are a must try. I might even sprinkle with a little cayenne to give it the sweet and heat kick.
ReplyDeleteThis does bring grilling to a whole new level. I have never thought about potatoes and your choice of the sweet ones is a good one for the cooking method here. I am thinking that the grill does some caramelizing to the outside of those potatoes which makes this a winner-yum!
