Cheesy Loaded Garlic Knot Recipe

Here is a quick version of garlic knots loaded with cheese made with refrigerator dough. A great appetizer or snack these buttery little pull aparts are so addicting you will be asked to make these time and time again! This is like monkey bread it pulls apart in little pieces loaded with mozzarella!







Quick Cheesy Loaded Garlic Knot Recipe

2 packages buttermilk refrigerator biscuits package of 10
1/2 stick butter melted
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoon grating cheese
1 cup shredded fine mozzarella

In a pie plate, add the melted butter, garlic, herbs, spices into the bowl and mix together.
Remove the dough from the packages. Tear small 1 inch pieces and roll into balls.
Dip each piece into the butter and place into a deep dish pie plate that has been oil sprayed.
Keep dipping and piling them on top of each other until all the dough has been dipped and added to the pie plate'.
Sprinkle the tops with grating cheese then top with mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 375 degrees until the top is browned and cheese is starting to brown around 25 minutes. 
Serve hot pulling apart the pieces. Leftovers are good reheated if there are any.
