This is how to substitute cauliflower rice for regular rice in all your recipes and fool everyone it's not regular rice.

This low carb, low-calorie cauliflower will astonish you how much it tastes and transforms into your favorite rice dishes.

I was really shocked by how it absorbed the same flavors in my rice Japanese Steakhouse Rice recipe and the cauliflower Italian Rice recipes just by adding the cauliflower.

No one believed me it wasn't rice!

Riced cauliflower is not only a great substitute, it's simple to make, nutritious and so healthy for you compared to regular grains with much fewer calories.

This vegetable is similar to other cruciferous vegetables packed with antioxidants and is very high in fiber.

If you are trying to find ways to have great tasting food while trimming your weight, I highly recommend starting with these recipes for your meal.

I also love using my mashed potato cauliflower recipe and when in a hurry, even eating it riced with just a quick saute with a little soy sauce on it.

I am sure you will find many ways to use this versatile vegetable riced and have the same experience our family had with being pleasantly surprised how delicious it is.

Here are two great recipes below with how to rice the cauliflower in a step by step detail today.

Japanese Style Rice

The versions are infinite on what you can add to this cauliflower rice.

We love ours with the addition of freshly minced carrots and a few English fresh peas for color.

The cauliflower tastes exactly like fried rice but so much healthier.

Just follow the recipe instructions and one big tip, taste as you go, if you like the raw cauliflower a little softer, cook it longer.

Riced cauliflower raw cooks so fast so it won't take but 4 to 5 minutes to our taste!

Great for Weight Loss!

First, it is low in calories with only 25 calories per cup, so how great is that for eating just about as much as you want!

Of course, once you start adding some other ingredients, it will make a few more calories but it is still lower in carbs and that's a plus.

Cauliflower also can be substituted for chickpeas when making hummus and has been known to be terrific in making cauliflower steaks (sliced in thick wedges) then just grilled with a drizzle of olive oil, tomato sauce and parmesan cheese on top.

You won't have to give up all the foods you love getting creative with using cauliflower and it's a super simple to make.
