Ingredients
- 12 sticks string cheese (any type and flavor you prefer; or any low-sodium cheese)
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 5 tablespoons Italian-flavored bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
- Olive oil or cooking spray
- Optional: Italian herb seasoning added to the breadcrumbs
