Favorite Easter Italian American Recipes

Sunday, April 24, 2011
This is a collection of Favorite Easter Italian American Recipes we have made every year as a tradition without fail.

Mom had a traditional menu of Soup, Lasagna, Lamb, Rice, and lots of yummy desserts but the desserts would change by popularity among the family.

Although years have passed and Mom is no longer with us, we carry on her tradition in her memory with our favorites, and we adapted the recipes as close as possible to her memorable cooking techniques.

Take a stroll through our family traditions and pick out something you think you would like to try for your Easter menu and Buona Pasqua.
