An easy Coconut Caramel Flan Recipe and perfect dessert treat that everyone loves.

Flan is so easy and it almost seems magical has it bakes with its own rich caramel with a soft custard.


It's so easy to throw together and actually amazes me when you flip this onto a pie plate how elegant it is and looks a lot harder than what transpires all by itself in the oven!

Well, let me start out by saying, I had never made flan before.  My son said he loves flan and wanted me to give it a go.  This makes its own light caramel sauce all in one pan and this caramel banana flan was over the top delicious!
