Grandma's Italian Orange Peel Custard

This is a stovetop custard made with the flavors of orange zest and the peel. Very delicious, smooth, and delicious.

In the years that passed, I needed to recreate her recipe, and with trial and error, I finally nailed the flavors.

This is a rich egg yolk stovetop creamy delight with a fresh orange infusion of flavors.
