We are huge seafood lovers and make many fish dishes all year long here in Florida one we love is Cioppino which is a delicious fish stew and every Friday is Fish Fry night!
We just love tacos no matter if it's taco Tuesday or any day of the week and another favorite we make are Air Fried Tacos, you just have to try those too!

The Toppings Are Terrific
We love tacos loaded with shredded sharp cheeses, avocado, lettuce, tomato, olives, sour cream, bell peppers, jalapenos and sometimes even diced cucumbers.
These are the perfect summer tacos and you can mix and match whatever vegetables you like and make a topping bar for everyone to build their own taco the way they like theirs.
You can use flour or corn tortilla and even a flavored tortilla works great if you love spicy try a jalapeno flavored tortilla!

Chili Sauce topping:- light sour cream
- lime juice
- minced garlic
- basil and parsley
- cayenne pepper
- chili powder
- mayonnaise
- hot sauce
Fish:
- Haddock or another white fish filet, cod, or flounder 4 small filets or use Shrimp, Scallops, Lobster or Crab or use chicken, beef, or pork
- canola oil for frying

- taco corn shells, or warmed or flour tortillas

Fish Tacos with Chili Lime Sauce

These are the most delicious fish tacos ever. If you are looking for a great Island style taco with seafood you just hit the jackpot of all recipes!
Ingredients:
- Chili Sauce topping:
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 clove of minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon each basil and parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of hot sauce
- Fish:
- 1 lb Haddock or another white fish filet, cod, or flounder 4 small filets or use Shrimp, Scallops, Lobster or Crab
- canola oil for frying
- Seasoned flour:
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- sea salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package taco shells, warmed or flour tortillas
- Toppings:
- shredded cabbage slaw or lettuce
- shredded cheeses of choice
- sliced olives
- chopped tomato
- chopped green peppers raw
- salsa
- mashed avocado
- extra sour cream
Instructions:
How to cook Fish Tacos with Chili Lime Sauce
- For the chili lime sauce: Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, spices, lime juice, and hot sauce, mix in a small bowl together and set aside for spreading inside the flour tortilla.
- For The Fish: In a plastic bag add flour and seasonings, shake fish, till well coated.
- Fry in canola oil till crispy and browned. Drain on paper towels and prepare the tortilla fillings.
- Layer sauce, lettuce, tomato, and peppers on the tortilla.
- Add fish inside a taco.
- Top with salsa, mashed avocado, sour cream or more hot sauce and cilantro.
