- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- Line a 13 x 9 baking pan with parchment paper
- Mix the glaze on a pie plate
- Dip the chicken on both sides
- Bake covered for 1 hour then uncover
- Bake another hour until the skin is crispy

Easy and economical to make and very tender chicken legs with curry and honey glaze
Ingredients
- 8 chicken leg quarters or thighs
- 2 cloves finely minced garlic
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- freshly cracked black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Line parchment paper on a deep-style 13 x9 baking pan.
- Whisk all the ingredients for the glaze and then pour it into a pie plate.
- Dip each leg on both sides until coated with the mixture on both sides.
- Place legs on the parchment-lined baking pan.
- Bake covered for 1 hour at 400 degrees preheated hot oven.
- Uncover, and bake another hour or till the skin is crispy and juices run clear when poked with a fork or the internal temperature reads 165 degrees using an instant-read thermometer.
