I love how versatile these appetizers are to make using flour tortilla.

Leftovers are great to use in fillings also like turkey or chicken.

Just adding your favorite spreads like cream cheese or some hummus will start endless varieties of finger foods everyone will love.

You could even freeze the turkey or chicken for this use at another time.

Whether you make these into a BLT, all vegetarian, or spread with your favorite cold cuts, these will feed a large crowd at any gathering and are the perfect little bundles of yum.
