Tuscan Roasted Parmesan Brussels Sprouts

Tuscan Roasted Garlic Parmesan Brussels Sprouts are a gourmet basic recipe and the perfect side dish!

The methods of cooking these are all included roasting, boiling, and instant pot, and the roasted garlic and bread crumbs make these totally addicting.

If you love brussels sprouts, you are going to love all the versions to change them into a gourmet side dish.

I always love to change them with just a few extra ingredients and get daring at times.

My favorite additions are bacon or fried ham left over from a holiday.

Either way, you can keep these totally vegetarian or dress them to the nines!

Try a drizzle of honey on top or balsamic for another flavor enhancer.

You may remember my award-winning roasted cranberry brussels sprouts, we just love that recipe also.

Crunchy Parmesan Topping

The topping really makes these over the top yummy, so when it comes to brussels sprouts, these are far from boring!

If you've never been a fan of this vegetable, this may make you a new one for sure

My family won't eat these any other way now.

Panko is the best to use but any Italian-flavored bread crumbs will do.

Just load them up with the parmesan cheese and broil them until they're lightly browned.

Note: It only takes a few seconds and if you want to leave them off the breadcrumbs just broil the top to get the Brussels crispy like in the photo below!
