Taco Salad Bowl Recipe:
2 pounds ground beef of turkey
1 can refried beans
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon granulated garlic

Garnish: shredded lettuce, grape tomatoes, sour cream, shredded mexican blended cheeses, sliced olives, jalapeno pepper sliced, avocado chunks
Optional: homemade salsa or store bought
salt , pepper and cayenne pepper to taste
In a medium size fry pan saute the beef in 2 tablespoons olive oil with chili powder, garlic, cumin until all the pink is gone. Drain the oil off. Stir in the refried beans and heat through.
Preheat the oven at 400 degrees. Line the baking bowls with tortilla to package directions and bake until crispy. I spray my shells with a cooking oil spray which makes them even crispier.
Line the tortilla with bean mixture top with lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, cheese and any of the above mentioned garnishes you like.
