Flounder with Roasted Vegetable Recipe
Peppers thinly sliced
Zucchini cubed
Flounder around 6 pieces
Mushrooms sliced around 1 cup
Plum tomatoes sliced 4 or more
White wine 1/2 cup
garlic cloves minced 2 or 3
salt, pepper to taste
pinch of cayenne
Italian seasoning blend
Italian flavored bread crumbs
grated cheese
extra virgin olive oil
Place the fish in a 13 x 9 pan. Top with vegetables. Sprinkle with herbs, spices garlic evenly. Drizzle with olive oil .Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 400 for 45 minutes.
