Try this Chocolate cookies and cream icebox cake with lemon, vanilla cookies or chocolate chips, it comes out delicious!

Chocolate Cookies and Cream Icebox Cake

prep time: 10 minscook time: 10 minstotal time: 20 mins

ingredients:

1 -12 ounce package Chocolate sandwich filled cookies crushed in food processor

1/2 stick melted butter

2 cups chocolate pudding

2 cups whipped cream or whipped topping

instructions:

In a bowl add the cookies and butter together.

Press in a lined pretty glass bowl with cookies.

Layer with pudding then cookies. Top with whipped cream. Chill around two hours. Decorate with crushed candy bars or more crumbs if you have any. We loved crushed mounds bars or snickers on top!
