Whether you just make an apple pancake-baked version or add the many suggestions, you can please the whole family.

I love the fact that using a baking mix to start with makes these not only easy pancakes to make but delicious and healthier when baked!

Baking them not only tastes great, but they're also light in texture and when you add your favorite ingredients in them, that's a bonus!

Just grease any glass or baking dishes or sheet pan greased or any small size pans will do fine.

Using individual casserole dishes gives everyone a unique breakfast. You can make a separate row of their favorite fruits and meats on top, bake and slice!

If you would like to add chocolate chips, I recommend baking these plain then adding them when they come out of the oven.

My one son loves bananas and apples with cinnamon and sugar. He also loves sausages, that would be my older son's request.

My younger son loves chocolate. Bananas, Nutella, and chocolate chips would be his request.

M husband would be the one who would prefer plain pancakes loaded with all three meat suggestions and preferably more bacon than anything else!

Myself, well I am the raspberry, strawberry, and whipped cream topping kind of gal!
