Baked until golden and they taste great even with or without butter.

When traveling these hold nicely, they have a great moisture and not crumbly. These are perfect muffin to pack for the beach and picnics or a nice little lunch packed treat.

They are also a nice way to start your day with coffee and tea at breakfast.

Easy to whip up a batch!

This recipe for Summer Berry Muffins is so easy anyone can make them from scratch.

All ingredients you usually have in your pantry except for the fruits.

You won't believe how quickly these mix up and how nicely they rise.

I love a great crown on my muffins and these always come out perfect.

I like to always make sure my baking ingredients are fresh and new. Always check your baking soda to see if it fresh.

It has quite a long shelf life of three years, however I like to replace mine after one year.

There isn't a lot of liquid in these muffins. The banana keeps the moist and oil.

They are a sweet delight and the berries just are perfect in this tropical muffin.

Are you now ready to take a trip to the tropics? These will set the stage in you mind to take you there.

Try some of my other flavored muffins like apple blueberry cinnamon, grilled blueberry muffins
and mango muffins.

Just think of palm trees swaying, the taste of tropical fruits, and enjoy a delicious summer berry muffin in your kitchen for breakfast.
