Cooking the Burgers

  1. Grilled: indoors on a cast iron gridded skillet or outdoors on a gas or charcoal grill
  2. Smokers: Smoked burgers are a nice change in flavors, and there are many varieties of wood chips to add a different flavor
  3. Baked in the oven: Burgers can be baked on a deep baking pan in the oven at 400 degrees
  4. Air fryer: Air-fry patties for 7 minutes, flipping halfway through, for medium doneness. For well done, air-fry for an additional 2 minutes
  5. Personally, I prefer a charcoal grill over gas or indoor grilling, so just choose your preferred method of cooking.
