Ingredients You Will Need to Make Easy Fudge

  • your choice of chocolate chips (butterscotch, peanut butter, white chips, mint chips are just a few others you can substitute to make another flavored fudge)
  • sweetened condensed milk
  • vanilla, almond, orange, or a coordinating extract you are using with the chips preferred from above
  • pinch of salt
  • Optional: walnuts, macadamia nuts, peanuts, hazelnuts, pistachios, pecans, funfetti, chopped maraschino cherries, dried fruits of any kind chopped like apricots or pineapple, craisin, raisins,

This is an easy fudge recipe that is made with sweetened condensed milk. It's full proof, perfect for gift giving and the best part delicious! There are many suggestions to change the flavors by just a few additions and this simple easy fudge doesn't require a candy thermom

ingredients:

  • 3 cups of chocolate chips (butterscotch, peanut butter, white chips, mint chips are just a few others you can substitute to make another flavored fudge)
  • 1 - ( 14 ounces) can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla, almond, orange or a coordinating extract you are using with the chips preferred from above
  • pinch of salt
  • Optional 1/2 cup to 1 cup of whatever you like: walnuts, macadamia nuts, peanuts, hazelnuts, pistachios, pecans, pumpkin seeds funfetti, chopped blotted dry maraschino cherries, dried fruits of any kind chopped like apricots or pineapple, craisin, raisins, 

instructions:

How to cook Easy Fudge Recipe

  1. Line a metal or glass square or rectangular pan with parchment paper and set aside ( making sure the sides are covered for easy removal).
  2. In a medium-sized pan melt the chocolate chips or whatever chips you using with the condensed milk. 
  3. After this is smooth, stir in the nuts if using, salt, and vanilla.
  4. Pour into the prepared pan and chill for at least 2 hours before cutting.
  5. Cut into small bite-sized pieces.
  6. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
