Italian Cannoli Pound Cake

Tuesday, March 25, 2025
Italian Cannoli Pound cake is one of the most delicious and easiest pound cakes I've ever eaten, and perfect for any Italian Pastry Cannoli fan in a pillowy soft cake.

With the additions of chopped pistachios, some good-grade chocolate, and a delicious splash of Marsala wine, you'll be on your way after one bite of being an addicted fan of this cannoli pound cake.

The cake is delicious plain, but we also love it with a dollop of freshly whipped cream and fresh sliced berries.

Perfect for birthdays and special occasions, plus these are one of the most welcome gifts around the holiday, freshly baked and stored in a pretty gift tin.

The cannoli cake will stay fresh and moist for days and is the perfect holiday cake when unexpected guests arrive to serve a quick dessert with espresso.

The fun part about this pound cake is it can be baked in any shaped pan for that special occasion IE:  heart-shaped pans, bundt pans, sheet pans character shaped pans, and can be frosted, left plain served with fruit, or just dusted with powdered sugar!

We love cannoli in desserts of all kinds, especially our Cannoli Pie Cannoli Mousse, Cannoli Ice Cream, and Cannoli Tarts.

If you love the flavors in a cannoli, this will be the perfect recipe to add to your collection. it's simply divine in flavor.  Just scroll down to the bottom of this page for this printable recipe.

This vintage is perfect plain or dressed up with fruits and cream and this citrusy flavor has a tangy soft textured crumb that is irresistible.

Pounds cakes are as old as the 1700s and it's no wonder that our taste buds go back in time with fond memories of the past.

If you're a pound cake lover, this one is the best and easiest to make plus you can adapt the flavors just by adding different extracts with a creative adaption.

This is a basic recipe for this vintage cake recipe, and the variations can be endless.

Condensed Milk Almond Pound Cake

Saturday, November 1, 2014
Condensed Milk Pound Cake will be your new favorite cake because it's a rich buttery, and dense pound cake sweetened with sweetened condensed milk.

We love this with whipped cream and fresh berries, it makes an elegant dessert to serve any time of the year but is perfect for hosting a dinner party.

Mom usually made this around the 4th of July holiday and she would cube it up and add blueberries and strawberries with whipped cream in little plastic parfait glasses layered.

I actually like to slice the cake lengthwise and fill it with berries and cream and when sliced it's a colorful sliced of wonderful condensed milk cake.

The cake is made with wholesome simple ingredients, so you won't have to go crazy finding ingredients to make this one they are all in any local market.

Just follow the step-by-step instructions and print off our recipe card for this recipe.
