No Bake Peanut Butter Oreo Bars

When I first made these, I brought them to work for my co workers. I never expected the reaction they gave.

One at so many, she said they were irresistible. Then of course I had to jot down the recipe.

Many of my co workers love peanut butter and these were such I hit, every birthday I would bake these by request.

When I finally got a chance to make them for my own family, they too loved them.

I personally find them very sweet. I am not one for baked goods and sweets. I love pies, an unfrosted cake and unfrosted cookies. Boring huh?

My dad was the same way, give him a sponge or angel food cake with jelly and coconut and he was over the moon happy! Boy do I miss him.

We really have great memories in the kitchen with mom, dad and grandma.

All were amazing cooks, I learned so much from them and tips along the way to make cooking easier in the kitchen.

We will alway live on in their memory. Not a day that goes by I wish they can taste some of my new creations.
