Flatbread Pizza Toppings
Before topping the flatbread I prefer a crispier pizza so I toast or bake the flatbread for a few minutes before adding the topping as suggested.
Flatbread is great for sandwiches, toasted for breakfast, or just the way it is slathered in butter warm right after grilling.
We really love this recipe and it's super easy to make!

I have to try your recipe - I love the small individual ones and that you stuff them. Also, the dissolving the yeats in warm milk. I don't think your flat breads would last long here.
ReplyDeleteThis looks really good. I've been looking for a good flat bread recipe. I'll have to try yours out. One question do you have to use bread flour or will all purpose flour work as well?
ReplyDeleteThis looks amazing! I really need one of these grill thingys. I don't think I've ever seen ricotta used in a focaccia recipe, I am so curious to see how it tastes.

ReplyDelete@claudia this is so easy and you can add anything to the dough and its awesome with dried tomato and pepperoni
ReplyDelete@allingoodfood42...have never tried regular flour it will just be heavier, these are not so heavy as normal flour would be already.
@trix I love my foreman grill it really is a time saver, but a grill that has the grids is fine, but you would have to bake or outside grill for the marks.
@arlene depending on the size it will make 12 large 16 small

ReplyDelete@ncl117 I thought about that when I first saw Naan bread, and I guess every nationality has their own kind....not sure what naan taste like, this is a little sweet but soft, comes crunchier when you make it a focaccia..not sure what the naan is like.
