Easy Casseroles

I love all in one pan casseroles, just brown the meat, add the ingredients to the casserole and bake for 25 minutes that's it, super delicious and simple recipe.

I sometimes use a blend of all kinds of beans and leftover chili, it's the perfect way to get rid of leftovers for sure!

  9. This is so similar to one of my favorite meals my aunt used to make for my sister and I when we were growing up. We called it "nacho salad" though it was more like taco salad, and less like salad, and more like nachos with ground meat in taco seasoning, haha. Very similar to this. Ooooh, now I'm craving that :)
