Pumpkin Waffles
These are the perfect fall breakfast or dessert using pumpkin puree as an addition to your waffle batter all homemade!

Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- pinch of nutmeg
- Serving Ideas: chopped pecans, pumpkin seeds roasted, butter, maple syrup, powdered sugar, whipped cream, or maple walnut ice cream
Instructions
- Heat the waffle iron to your instructions booklet.
- Oil spray the waffle iron with butter-flavored oil.
- In a mixing bowl add all the wet ingredients and beat together.
- Slowly add the dry to the bowl and mix leaving small lumps.
- Using a gravy ladle pour into the center of the waffle iron it will spread out when you close the lid.
- We like our dark so bake them until the desired browned color you prefer and crispiness.
