A perfect quick all in one pan breakfast!
Easy Quick and Delicious
It's perfect for weekends especially if you have visitors like we do here in Florida that spend a few days.
I really like an all in one breakfast. No standing over the stove flipping pancakes.
The batter is perfect, the topping is delicious with cinnamon, apples and blueberries and then sausages to top it all off.
I love the ease of this recipe.
My kids loved this easy baked pancake when they were little and they still do but now they make this themselves.
If we have an occasion that they spend some time overnight, this is my go to recipe.
Baked Pancake Pin for Later
The other great ideas for this recipe is adding what you like!
If you want bacon fry some up and add that to the top instead. That doesn't cook as fast as sausage does.
When I am in a hurry I bake the bacon first on parchment paper till crispy.
Change Them Up!
Cleanup is a breeze too!
Also try some sliced bananas, strawberries, blueberries, cubed fresh pineapple, chopped peaches, blackberries, raspberries or even chopped mango!
Then if you really want a tropical treat using both the pineapple and mango add some coconut to really make it a taste of the Islands treat
All In One Pan and Plate!
A little real maple syrup is always a taste enhancer.
Butter, syrup and the whole breakfast is on your plate in no time without all the intensive labor of standing in front an oven.
Great for Kids Sleepovers and Guests for Breakfast!
My favorite combination is the apple and blueberry combination.
I also really love the cinnamon sugar addition on top.
It really brings out the sweetness of the fruit. I usually don't even add syrup to mine!
Remember this recipe when you're in a hurry to get breakfast ready for a large family or company sleepovers!
This one will be loved by all.
Get into the kitchen and see the ease of these baked pancake square and serve them up!
What can be easier?
