These pork chops with apple stuffing casserole are the perfect fall comfort food.

Adding a pinch of cinnamon to the apples bring this whole dish to another level, however, it is an optional spice to add.

This casserole is baked with cream of chicken soup, stuffing from a box, and delicious apple pie filling.

A one-sheet pan meal that is bursting with delicious flavors of Autumn.

  • boneless pork chops
  • stovetop stuffing
  • cream of chicken soup
  • apple pie filling
  • salt, pepper, garlic powder, cayenne pepper 
  • bread crumbs

Pork Chop Apple Stuffing Casserole

This is an easy casserole using pork chops, cream soup, pie filling, and stuffing mix it's a delicious comfort fall food we make when the weather is a little chilly.


  • 8 thick boneless pork chops
  • 2 package of stovetop stuffing
  • 2 cups hot water
  • 1 can of cream of chicken or mushroom soup
  • 1 can apple pie filling
  • 1/4 teaspoon each salt, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Italian flavored bread crumbs or buttery cracker crumbs
  • Optional: cinnamon


  1. Mix stovetop stuffing in a bowl with the water.
  2. This can be added to the bottom or the top of the pork.
  3. I have done this both ways.
  4. Pour into a greased 13x9 pan lined with parchment paper or foil lightly sprayed with cooking oil.
  5. Place the stuffing on the bottom of the pan.
  6. Scoop out the pie filling and evenly place on top of the stuffing and sprinkle the apples with cinnamon.
  7. Arrange pork chops around the stuffing apple mix. sprinkle pork with spices.
  8. Pour the cream chicken soup mix over the top of the pork chops and the rest evenly over everything on top.
  9. Last top evenly on each pork chop with the bread crumbs.
  10. Bake loosely covered with foil, at 350 degrees, in a hot preheated oven for around 1 hour 20 minutes.
  11. Uncover and bake an additional 20 minutes until browned on top or until the pork is fork-tender.
